Weekend Fun - 6/4 - 6/6

Why do four day weeks always managed to feel slower even though they are shorter? Bleh, thank goodness it's weekend time! Here are some fun events to hit while you're out and about.

The festival on Saturday will feature local artists and craftsmen, live demonstrations, as well as recorded and live music throughout the day and into the night. And it's all just a short stroll over to Main Street where you can experience a whole new world of Historic Mansfield."

Historic Downtown Grapevine

"You can find an eclectic array of items at Grapevine Market, including the finest handmade jewelry, distinctive home d├ęcor, quality antiques, and more. Peruse the unique displays and indulge in something special."

I wish it weren't so, but it sounds like it's going to be a hot weekend! Don't let that keep you away from supporting your local arts & crafts community though. It's amazing how much you can get done in the early hours of the day before the sun gets too angry. Good luck to all the vendors braving the heat this weekend! Remember: Shade, Water, and Sunscreen!
