Past and Present - Giveaway

This week's giveaway is sponsored by Chelsea Pace of Dearest Forsaken. Chelsea's focus is on breathing life into pieces that are old and have been deserted, creating something new and beautiful from something long forgotten. Whether she's bringing a new light to old vintage fabrics or creating new pieces that are vintage inspired, Chelsea's mind is never far from marrying the past with the present.

How to enter: Simply leave a comment (here or on Facebook) and tell us about one vintage find that you can never get enough of.  My answer would be books.  I just love old books--especially etiquette and manners books which have just barely stood the test of time.  For a BONUS entry, share this giveaway on Facebook or Twitter (tag dfwcraftshows) and post a comment below to let us know!  Please don't forget to leave an email address, if I cannot contact you then you cannot collect your prize!

Contest ends at 10:00PM on Tuesday, February 07, 2012.  Winners will be announced Wednesday, February 08, 2012.  Entries open to the US only.

Congrats Mica, you have WON a Black Bow Tie Necklace AND Black Bow Dangle Earrings by Dearest Forsaken, a $32 value.  The bow on the necklace is 5.5" wide and is on a 13" bronze chain.  The bows on the earrings are 1.5" wide and hang down about 2" on a silver chain.

Didn't win?  Check our Chelsea's store to see the many vintage inspired creations that she has to offer!

  6. I love bowties and funny enough I am knitting one right now for my fiance. Vintage postcards are like sugar to me -- I can never have enough and can always convince myself to get some more.
