Booth fees are as follows:
8X8 Booth, Indoor-$35.00
10x10 Booth, Outdoor-$40.00
If you need electricity in your booth, it's an extra $10 fee.  Booths are provided with 2 chairs and 1 table.

Applications are available here and are due ASAP or by September 30, 2013.
