"GroveFest 2016 will host approximately 60-65 vendors and attract around 4,000 attendees. Our community based event offers kid friendly games and activities, a costume contest, features local talent, as well as food and shopping. Money raised from GroveFest and our Golf Classic, goes a long way toward helping raise much needed funding for our beneficiaries: (The Pleasant Grove Food Pantry, Reading is Fundamental, Jerry’s Dream Camp and The Southeast Dallas Chamber of Commerce College Scholarship fund). Our beneficiaries play a key role in creating a better quality of life for those less fortunate who live in Southeast Dallas and Pleasant Grove."

Booths are 10 X 10 and fees are as follows:
*NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: $25 (Includes: Non-profit companies or organizations that provide programs, events or activities, or specialized services and who wish to distribute information about their activities/services.)
*FOR-PROFIT COMPANIES OR ANY ORGANIZATION SELLING ITEMS: $100 (Includes: Companies or organizations who are for-profit entities wishing to distribute information about their business.)
*FOOD AND BEVERAGES SALES VENDORS: $150 (Includes: Companies or organizations who wish to sell food and/or beverages at GroveFest.)
This fee includes 6' table and 2 chairs, vendors need to provide their own tent/cover.
