"We have previously called this “Days of Yore Christmas Fair,” but we are changing the name to go along with less emphasis on Santa and more emphasis Thanksgiving and on the idea of a craft fair and charity benefit. We will have truly hand-crafted items and to feel free to have kid-friendly give-aways. Proceeds to the Event Center will benefit "Emily’s Hope", and Cystic Fibrosis charity..
In addition to crafts, we plan to provide free entertainment that will include wagon rides, games and crafts for kids, classic cars and hot chocolate. We would also welcome groups to perform – like dance classes, choirs, etc. So please plan to bring the family, do some shopping and support a great cause!"

Booth fees are as follows:
Great Room $35 for a 10’ x 10’ booth, $60 for two adjacent booths
Outside Space $30 (includes one 8’ table)
Hen House $60
Cantina Deck $60
Guns & Leather $40
Log Cabin $50
South Area of Old Town $40 Barn – Reserved for Children’s Hands-On Activities / Crafts
Inside Booth Rental includes one 8’ table and two chairs. Electricity available for most booth locations.
For all crafters participating in our weekend, we will provide you with flyers to copy and to hand out to your clients and friends. To emphasize the weekend as a family-friendly and fairly non-commercialized event, we plan to provide free entertainment that will include wagon rides, games and crafts for kids, and hot chocolate. We would also welcome groups to perform – like dance classes, choirs, etc.
This year photographer Bobby Cornelius will be offering a special to crafters – photos of your booth before starting while the booth is fresh. Then he will be taking candid photos throughout both days that you will have access to for personal use and future advertising. The fee for this will be $20 and
all of these proceeds will be donated to Emily’s Hope.
